On September 2, 2014 he received the certificate for Patent No. US 8,820,010 B2 for a Jalousie Window with a Daylighting and Shading Shelf. This intelligent window has security bars in each jalousie, shading trays every three slats to keep the glass window in the shade and when closed it acts as a hurricane shutter.Fellow architects have received the news with admiration and some are ready to adopt the new invention in their current constructions in the Tropics.Congratulations!
